- 100% Solids Two-Component Epoxy Primer – SIMIRON MVB is a 100% solids, two-component epoxy primer with a clear finish — engineered specifically as a moisture vapor barrier primer for use under SIMIRON decorative floor coatings and other flooring systems.
- Controls Severe Moisture Vapor Transmission – Designed for concrete floors with severe moisture vapor transmission (MVT) problems — controls emission rates up to 20 lb / 24 hr / 1,000 square feet, dramatically expanding the range of slabs that can safely receive a coating without delamination, blistering, or osmotic failure.
- Foundation for Decorative & Industrial Floor Systems – Used as the moisture barrier layer under decorative epoxy, metallic, decorative chip, polyaspartic, and other resinous floor systems — protects the entire build-up from failure caused by hydrostatic pressure or vapor drive coming up through the slab.
- U-Tint Custom Color Compatible – Compatible with SIMIRON U-Tint Custom Color Pigment Packs — can be tinted to match the basecoat color of the floor system above, providing better hide for thin topcoat builds and a more uniform appearance through the finished system.
