DiamaPro 7" Wet/Dry Honeycomb Pad, 200 grit está agotado y se enviará tan pronto como vuelva a estar disponible.

- Mid-low grit resin polishing pad for the second resin step — 200 grit follows the 50- and 100-grit honeycomb pads in the standard resin progression, removing the scratch pattern from the coarser resin steps and continuing the transition toward a polished surface. Part of DiamaPro Systems' resin polishing pad line, calibrated for cutting speed and tool life.

- Flexible honeycomb resin design for even pressure and dust evacuation — the hexagonal pattern molded into the pad's face creates large channels that evacuate dust during dry use and water during wet use, preventing the diamond surface from loading up. The honeycomb structure also flexes around contours and lippage, maintaining consistent contact pressure across the entire pad face — important for an even scratch pattern before progressing to finer grits.

- Wet/Dry dual-mode operation — usable in either condition: wet polishing reduces heat and extends pad life, dry polishing is more convenient on job sites without water access. Note: a backing pad with hook-and-loop attachment is required to mount this pad to a 7" hand grinder or stand-up edger. Compatible with most 7" handheld grinders and stand-up edge machines.

- Critical category distinction: resin pad, not metal segment — honeycomb pads are resin-bonded and run after the metal-bond grinding sequence is complete. A typical concrete polishing progression: metal-bond grinding (16/25/40/80 grit) → transitional / hybrid diamonds → resin polishing pads (50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000). The 200-grit step is the typical "honing" pad in the sequence — refines the surface enough to apply densifier evenly before progressing to higher-gloss steps.

- The honing-pad step for densifier application — per industry guidance, 200 grit is the recommended pad for "honing" the floor into shape before applying a densifier or hardener. The slightly opened surface profile allows even densifier penetration without leaving deep scratches that finer pads would struggle to remove. A common workflow: grind through metals → resin to 200 grit → apply densifier → continue with 400, 800, and higher resin pads to build gloss.
