DiamaPro GRIT 30, QUICK CHANGE, YELLOW TRAPEZOID PAD WITH ONE BUTTON FOR SOFT CONCRETE está agotado y se enviará tan pronto como vuelva a estar disponible.
- Aggressive metal-bond grinding pad for the first cutting pass — 30 grit is the recommended starting point for opening up the concrete, exposing medium-to-large aggregate, and removing coatings. Part of DiamaPro's Precision Diamond Tooling line, scientifically engineered with calibrated bond and diamond concentration for the ideal compromise between cutting speed and tool life.
- Quick Change trapezoid mounting for cross-platform compatibility — DiamaPro's tooling line includes adapters that let the same pad run under most major grinder brands including Husqvarna, HTC, STI, Scanmaskin, Terrco, Edco, Werkmaster, Kut Rite, and SASE. Verify your grinder uses the QC trapezoid mount before ordering — the trapezoid-back format is the most common but is not universal.
- 1-button (single-segment) configuration for aggressive cutting on light machines — a single diamond button per pad creates less surface contact than a 2-button version, which means faster cutting speed and more aggressive material removal at the trade-off of shorter tool life. Recommended for grinders 25" and smaller, where the lighter machine weight benefits from the increased per-diamond pressure that a single button delivers.
- Engineered for soft concrete — soft concrete is highly abrasive and wears diamonds out fast. The Yellow color code follows the Lavina-compatible color convention used by DiamaPro: Yellow = hard bond for soft concrete, Grey = medium bond for medium concrete, Red/Gold/White = soft bond for hard concrete. The hard Yellow bond holds the diamonds in place longer to give usable tool life on a slab that would chew through softer bonds in a fraction of the time.
- Counterintuitive but correct: hard bond on soft concrete, soft bond on hard concrete — using the wrong bond on a soft slab causes premature wear and burns through tooling budget. If pads are wearing down visibly fast on a softer slab, the bond hardness needs to move up — Yellow is the standard choice for soft concrete in the DiamaPro/Lavina-compatible system. After this 30-grit pass, the typical sequence steps up through 70 and 120-grit metals, then transitions to DiamaPro's hybrid (transitional) diamonds and resin polishing pads.
