Once installed, the grinder can run any Lavina QC tooling — including the QC trapezoid pads (Yellow, Grey, Red, Gold, White bond), the new Black and Blue Cap Cutters, and other Lavina-pattern segments.

- Eliminates duplicate tooling inventory across grinder brands — contractors running multiple grinder makes traditionally need to stock separate diamond tooling for each platform. - Brand-specific plates available — verify model before ordering — Superabrasive (Lavina's manufacturer) makes plates specifically for HTC, SASE, Husqvarna, Edco, Diamatic, STI/PrepMaster, Klindex, Terrco, and a universal three-bolt option. Common HTC fitments are the 8-5/8" plate for HTC 500/650 and the 10-5/8" plate for HTC 800 HDX / 950 RX. Confirm both the grinder model and the head diameter before ordering.

- Critical compatibility note: not cross-compatible across all Lavina generations — the new X / S series Lavina machines use a different Quick Change platform than the older Lavina PRO and SPS machines. The X-QC plates and the older PRO/SPS plates are not interchangeable. If you're equipping a non-Lavina grinder, confirm whether your existing Lavina tooling is X-QC or PRO/SPS style and order the matching adapter — buying the wrong generation means the tooling won't seat correctly even with the adapter installed.
