20' POLYMER TOOL 100 GRIT (BLACK)

- Step 2 in the Diamabrush concrete polishing system — the black 100-grit tool follows the coarser 50-grit blue tool, progressively closing the concrete's pores on the way to a polished finish. Also widely used to scuff or sand existing floor coatings before recoating.

- Multi-directional flexible polymer blades with embedded diamonds — the blades flex to keep the diamonds in constant contact with the floor surface, and can be operated clockwise or counter-clockwise without affecting performance.

- Long blade life — approximately 60,000 sq ft per tool on typical concrete. Designed to fit most standard 20" floor machines and swing buffers found at any equipment rental store; no special training required to operate.

- Must be used with water — running the polymer tool dry will quickly destroy the blades. The tool also requires a one-time conditioning soak of 72 hours in water before first use to prevent blade brittleness and reduce breakage.

- Pre-order machine fit check required — buyers should confirm their machine make, model, and clutch plate type before ordering. For most setups the tool block diameter should be ordered 2" smaller than the stated machine size so the tool fits up inside the housing for a lower center of gravity.
