Husqvarna Quick Change Adapter

- Conversion plate that lets Husqvarna grinders run Quick Change (Lavina-style) tooling — bolts onto the grinder head of Husqvarna PG-series machines and converts the native Husqvarna Redi-Lock or EZchange mounting to the universal Quick Change magnetic platform. Once installed, the grinder can run any QC-compatible trapezoid tools — including the dot, button, triangle, and bar segments stocked in the rest of this catalog.

- Eliminates duplicate tooling inventory across grinder brands — contractors running Husqvarna alongside HTC, Lavina, Bartell, or other QC-compatible machines traditionally need to stock separate diamond tooling for each platform. The Husqvarna QC adapter lets a single QC tooling library run across every grinder in the fleet, cutting inventory cost meaningfully and simplifying job-site logistics — bring one tooling kit instead of three.

- Magnetic + dovetail retention for fast tool changes — uses embedded earth magnets combined with a mechanical dovetail or wedge feature to lock the QC tool in place during operation. Pop the tool on, start grinding; flat-screwdriver off to swap. Much faster than Husqvarna's native Redi-Lock or EZchange systems when running through a full grind-and-polish sequence with multiple grit changes per job.

- Sized to specific Husqvarna PG models — verify before ordering — Husqvarna adapter plates are model-specific to the PG-series machine in use (PG 280, PG 450, PG 530, PG 680, PG 820, PG 830, and so on). Confirm both the grinder model and the head diameter before ordering to avoid a fitment mismatch. Some adapters require removing the existing Redi-Lock plate first; others bolt directly over it.
