PROSOCO Blended Densifier

- Engineered Blend of Silicates for Tight Finishes – PROSOCO® Consolideck® Blended Densifier is a penetrating, economical blend of silicates designed specifically for steel-troweled or burnished concrete floors — formulated to react quickly with the concrete and create a harder, denser surface even on tight finishes where conventional densifiers struggle.

- Hardens, Densifies & Dustproofs in One Step – Reacts quickly with the concrete to make the floor harder, stronger, and easier to maintain — renders concrete floors dustproof, eliminating the airborne dust issues that plague untreated concrete in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail spaces, and any high-traffic industrial environment.

- Superior Performance on Type 1L Cement Mixes – Unique formulation offers better performance than other densifiers when used on Type 1L cement mixes — the right choice for today's increasingly common low-carbon ASTM C595 blended hydraulic cements that traditional silicate products don't fully treat.

- Burnish Ready for Quick Sheen – Can be burnished after application for a quick sheen — accelerates the polishing process and makes a great foundation under PROSOCO® LSGuard® or PolishGuard for a high-gloss finished concrete floor system. Increased surface density also makes subsequent sanding, grinding, or diamond polishing proceed faster.

- Economical with Generous Coverage – Penetrating, economical treatment with a generous coverage rate of 400–800 sq. ft. per gallon — keeps material costs in check on large projects while delivering professional densification results.
